We stand behind the quality of every SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™ product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be returned with:
    • All original parts and accessories
    • Original packaging where applicable
  • Incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to additional deductions.

After receiving and inspecting the item:

📌 Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was shipped.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Within the U.S. contiguous 48 states → Return label provided upon request
  • Alaska, Hawaii & International regions (e.g., Canada, Mexico) → Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Once we receive the return, please allow:
    • 5–10 business days for SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™ processing
    • Additional time for your bank/card provider to post the refund

🔁 How to Submit a Return Request

  • Please submit only ONE return request to avoid processing delays
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted
  • Within 24–48 business hours, our support team will provide:
    • Your Return Authorization Number (RGA)
    • Instructions for mailing your item back

🛞 Non–SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™ Branded Items

Products sourced from partner brands (e.g., tires, wheels, accessories not manufactured by SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™) may incur up to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition.


🏪 Purchases from Authorized Dealers

Items purchased through third-party retailers or authorized dealers must follow that retailer’s return policy. Dealer purchases cannot be returned directly to SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™.


🛠 Warranty & Defective Product Returns

  • If your product is eligible for warranty replacement, a prepaid return label may be provided for the defective item (if required to be returned)
  • Please file a warranty claim through customer support before returning any defective parts
