✅ Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be returned with:
- All original parts and accessories
- Original packaging where applicable
- Incomplete or damaged returns may be subject to additional deductions.
After receiving and inspecting the item:

🚚 Return Shipping
- Within the U.S. contiguous 48 states → Return label provided upon request
- Alaska, Hawaii & International regions (e.g., Canada, Mexico) → Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
💳 Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Once we receive the return, please allow:
- 5–10 business days for SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™ processing
- Additional time for your bank/card provider to post the refund

- You will receive a confirmation email once your request is submitted
- Within 24–48 business hours, our support team will provide:
- Your Return Authorization Number (RGA)
- Instructions for mailing your item back

Products sourced from partner brands (e.g., tires, wheels, accessories not manufactured by SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™) may incur up to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition.
🏪 Purchases from Authorized Dealers
Items purchased through third-party retailers or authorized dealers must follow that retailer’s return policy. Dealer purchases cannot be returned directly to SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™.
🛠 Warranty & Defective Product Returns
- If your product is eligible for warranty replacement, a prepaid return label may be provided for the defective item (if required to be returned)
- Please file a warranty claim through customer support before returning any defective parts
