At SteelBeam OFF-ROAD™, we work hard to get your gear on the road fast. Below you’ll find our complete shipping guidelines.


📦 Same-Day Shipping

We ship orders Monday–Friday (business days only).
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST and in stock will typically ship the same day.

  • 98% of orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours
  • Weekends & holidays are excluded from processing and transit times
  • If any item becomes temporarily unavailable, you will receive an email with the estimated restock date

Ground delivery typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on location.


✅ Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to eligible products delivered within the contiguous United States (48 states).

Exclusions:

  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • Canada & all international destinations
  • Oversized / overweight items requiring freight transportation

  • Standard Ground Shipping (default)
  • 2-Day Air
  • Next-Day Air

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada.


📍 Shipment Shortages / Packaging Issues

Please inspect shipments promptly.
Any shortage, missing item, or packaging error must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

To assist with quality control, you may be asked to provide:

  • Packaging label codes
  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and items received

🔄 Backorders

Backordered items will automatically ship once stock becomes available.

  • We will notify you if an item is delayed more than 5 days
  • Shipping charges for backordered items will be waived only if combined with a qualifying shipment

🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada

All pricing is displayed in USD.

Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Brokerage/service fees
  • VAT or other local taxes
  • Customs clearance charges
